gerrynah, Shui On Land is old news. Company already went public.....think in Aug/Sep?...so price already taken into account. But, based on fundementals, NAV is about $1.13 (?) compared to mkt price of 81cts. So,there is a disc on NAV. |

Thank you for your insight. Thought that there might be something in that Metro might stand to benefit from its investment in Shui On Land in Hong Kong? |

Volumes not too good... TA may not be accurate. I think it going to be stagnant or downtrend slightly. |
