The Board is pleased to recommend a one-tier tax exempt first and final dividend of 1 SG cent per ordinary share and a one-tier tax exempt special dividend of 1 SG cent per ordinary share totalling 2 SG cents per ordinary share for FY2013. The proposed first and final dividend payment, amounting to about SGD 9.34 million, represents 40% of our profit after tax, and is in keeping with our policy to pay dividends of up to 50% of our net profit.
