Don't waste your time and efforts about CAD. They have very little (if any) experience at all, what with a Clean Singapore with no corrupt practices. (True or not true, I also don't know, but sometimes I heard something and then my hearing aid also got lost, hahaha). Frankly, for a successful and a just and justified action by law enforcers, they need experience, history, precdent, and a good mind with knowledge of the context, otherwise it would be really miscarriage of justice should people anyhow be thrown in jail or be fined because the enforcer has his own thought process on treating evidence and come to the conclusion, and the judge also based his facts on written submission of the prosecution and the defence.. Many years back Mr. Tan Koon Suan of Malaysia went to jail because of wrongly adjudged as revealed by the ex-prosecutor (Glen Knight) in his book. A future was destroyed, and a destiny of a man damned.. Luckily for Mr. Tan, by the grace he was given by his God, he is still a happy and rich man today. So we have to know what is the right thing to do and not to wrong anyone. Cheers. |

CSR Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSR, whereas Nanjing SR Puzhen Rail Transport Co., Ltd. (NPRT) is a non-wholly owned subsidiary of CSR, in which Midas has a 32.5% stake. Any wins by CSR Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co. Ltd. does not imply gains to NPRT by default, just as any wins by Midas itself does not translate to gains by NPRT. If NPRT has somehow gained as a result of CSR Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co. Ltd., it will be reported in SGX announcements.

Singapore Business Review dated 30 Oct 13..... Midas poised to clinch RMB2.5b-3.2b high-speed rail orders by end-2015Here are its 3 competitive edges. According to CIMB, China?s aggressive railway expansion plans present a tremendous opportunity for Midas given the company?s 60% market share and strong track record in the industry. CIMB estimates that Midas can win Rmb2.5bn-3.2bn worth of high-speed rail (HSR) orders by end-2015. Here's more from CIMB: We raise our FY14-15 EPS to 17-19% above consensus the market is likely to follow suit. We believe further HSR contract wins could catalyse the stock. China?s railway spending To improve connectivity between provinces and cities across China, the government plans to add 11,200 high-speed train cars (10,400 currently) and extend the high-speed railway to 18,000km by 2015. To achieve this, it has allocated a Rmb3.3tr budget for railway investments over the current five-year In 2011-12, Rmb1.21tr was spent on building railway infrastructure, which leaves a budget of Rmb2.09tr for 2013-15. As the procurement of railway equipment (including train cars) tends to be back-end loaded, there could be an increase in the remaining budget to Rmb2.16tr that the market has yet to factor in. If CSR Najing puzhen got 1.33 billion contract , where likely it will flow to? Midas will benefit no matter CSR or CNR or Bombardier or Alstom or Siemens Tranport get any contracts ... as MIDAS is the preferred supplier to all of them |

Wrong info. Csr nanjing puzhen rolling stock is not midas' nprt, which stands for nanjing sr puzhen rail transport. Midas is mainly affiliated to cnr and not csr. Any gains by csr is Not advantageous to midas, as cnr and csr are competitors. | ||||
