PRC will exert pressure on company like luzhou not to raise prices as part of their inflation control. if you can control the inputs and cannot control even your selling prices, what future do you have？

The price stabilisation comes as a timely sweetener for Luzhou, especially when rising corn prices have been putting considerable pressure on the company's bottomline. Luzhou could also benefit from rising sugar prices, which could lower demand for the substitute of refined corn products. The latest measures could have a favourable impact on the Group's reported bottom line in 4Q10, by mitigating impacts of higher costs. However, the full impact should be reflected in the numbers earliest in 1Q11, in our view.
