Hey alll I've been silently following this forum for a few months hehe. I would love to seek some advice from you guys here on my plans for my portfolio while I'm studying abroad next few years. :D So far, with my limited experience, I intend to buy for medium to long term only, and will avoid speculative play on penny stocks most of the time (unless really got good opportunity). I hope to achieve 15-20% annual ror on my investments - is this target ambitious? I know many people here can earn much more than this percentage, but they are taking on a bigger risk as well which I'm not willing to. I don't really know much about technical indicators, so most of the time I still buy on fundamentals. I think most people use Stochastic and RSI? What else? I'm improving my knowledge on these indicators because I think they'd be useful when I play short-term, but they quite confusing leh..Stochastic indicator also got so many different types haha.. Also would love to hear from full-time traders on what type of strategies you use :) I only have very general picture of the stock market, so hoping to find someone I can observe and learn from of course HUAT AHH!!  |
