" SIA is a classic example of a counter doing that everyday drop abit...slowly bleeding to death.

Today 9.42 : 9.43.
Yday...could see 9.61.
It was at 10.00 just 10 trading days ago.
It has since fallen 58 cts over 10 days.... ie. 5.8 cts per day.
10 lots = $5800.
100 lots = $58000
This is what I call... the SHEER RAW POWER OF GRAVITY.
This is how I want to make money from the market.
Look for stocks which do this slowly rise day after day or slowly bleed to death day after day.
Park money into them and let the market do the rest of the work for you.
After 1 week...2 weeks... 1 mth...can go into the market to collect your rental.
Macam you are a landlord lidat. Instead of buy properties....you buy stocks...which is much cheaper than buying properties.
And you collect rental from Mr Market for parking your money with him.
Sounds good?
Yeah. And I am still working on it.
The first task is to IDENTIFY SUCH A STOCK.

" CapitaCommercial Trust ? Trading below its 20d SMA

Back in Apr 2013, I posted a bearish rounding top formation on CCT TP 1.515 but it turned out to be bullish instead of bearish.

A bullish rounding top brokeout @ 1.53 but the TP of S$0.105 didn't materialize, it ran up only 4.3% or 7c,
and hit the peak @ 1.705 (adjusted for dvd twice).

CCT closed with a long-legged doji @ 1.335 (-0.015, -1.1%) on 29 Aug 2013.

CCT collapsed to 1.335 (-0.39, -22.9%) to date, way below my TP 1.515.

Most intraday/short term traders who kena stuck on CCT at or near the peak would have set a cut-loss immediately to stop the bleeding.

But for the last group of not-so-smart investors, they won't run road on CCT because the plunge was too steep and unexpected.

As they hope that the share price would bounce higher to let them sell at breakeven price, not at a loss...

Afterall they've already paid for the shares + they could afford to hold the stock long term.

And later when the share price quickly dropped back down and hit much lower...

they lagi won't sell and ultimately they ended up as longterm babysitters.

This scenario happens to all SREITs investors as prices have generally plunged 20-25%.

Most SREITs are now on the most powerful corrective sub-wave (i) of Wave-C down, prices still have more room to fall."

Tat Hong's bear flag becomes a bear pennant, once 0.835 is broken, it'll drop off into the shit hole.

(A bear pennant is more bearish than a bear flag.)

Tat Hong now has a bear pennant formation + 3 dead crosses + 1 small gap and 1 huge gap down.
when the next plunge comes, it will go lower low to hit 0.68.

Update on UOB...

This fall started from 22.10. It hit a bottom (probably an interim bottom) at 19.82 two days back.
This drop was $2.28.
If the rebound retraces 23.6% of the drop, we will see 20.35. We did. We saw 20.38 yday.
A stronger rebound will see the price recover by 38.2% to 20.69.
Usually, when a counter is still on its way down and has not bottomed out yet and it is doing a
dead cat bounce, that bounce will see 23.6% or 38.2% and fizzle out. It will usually not go as
far as the 50% mark. And if it cant even go near to the 38.2% mark, it says alot about how
weak the bounce is.

In May 2013, the STI fell from 3464 and found its interim bottom at 3094. Then came the bounce
to 3235. After that, the index resumed its downtrend to breach 3094 to find another new bottom
at 3065.

The fall from 3464 to the interim bottom at 3094 was 370 pts. 38.2% of 370 is 141 pts. Add that
to 3094 and you get 3235...which was where the STI rebounded to and stalled.

Even if UOB continues its rebound to 20.69, it is still in line with the view that she is only doing a
dead cat bounce. And if that view is correct, she will thereafter U-turn and resume her southward
bound journey to head back towards 19.82 to break it to find a new low.

So those of you who have submarines can just sit tight and see if she has enough fuel to rebound
to 20.69. Once that rebound fizzles out and she heads back down, launch your torpedo at her and
watch her fall. If she continues to fall and confirms this view is correct, ADD MORE TORPEDOES.
After that can sit back and relax and wait for gravity to do the rest of the work for you.

If this view is wrong, the rebound will break 20.69 and go higher and threaten the 50% mark which
is 20.96. But before the price gets there, you should have seen your cut loss triggered ler.

Great to hear that. We set up the forum for serious traders and investors, both newbies and old birds to meet up and gather in a conducive cyberhome to bounce trading ideas off each other. No fights. No name calling. Most of us have enough of such unconstructive behaviour and long for a place where peace-loving and fun-loving people can get together to learn, to share and to HUAT together. Over there, we have a Resident Chartist who selflessly share his charting experience and accepts and answers requests for guidance based on charts. We also have a Resident Newsman who regularly post newsflow and Corporate Announcement as and when the news is released. And I share my trades openly and realtime and encourage my brothers and sisters to take quick profits in a volatile market. We go IN and OUT of fast moving counters quickly to lock in profits. And we try to do this everyday..or every other day. These little hit-and-run adventures with the market..... I call them " Chicken Runs" . And it is highly infectious and many of my brothers and sisters find this " chicken flew" contagious and they are now happily " infected" and doing their chicken runs as well to harvest " eggs" after each successful run. Nothing makes me happier than to see another bro or sis announcing his or her WIN day after day. That's what a forum is for. To make money together from the market.

Me and my cyber friends including many new ones from CNA Forum are now posting and sharing at Sniper Academy.

Google for it and come see for yourself. We are currently shorting the market. This kind of market...how to LONG?

SHORT is the way to be on the same side of the market.

The trend is your friend...so they say.

But for Submarine Commanders (also known as shortists).... in this market, not only the trend is their friend.

They have another friend - GRAVITY.
