This is what i like about the mgmt. Cut when not performing and at the mean time vested oversea cautiously. This current financial has drop in revenue but should be back to normal in next quater or two. Location of food junction foodcourts are excellent and the majority shareholders bought in at 60cents ++ from the founders. Even the recent correction did only a small dent to the price. What more can you ask... |

I am vested as well. Agree that this is for long term and not swingers. They have been gradually closing down more of their foodcourts in Singapore than opening new ones so that is a minus. On the plus side, they now have Indonesian connections and they have recently expanded into not only Indonesia but China as well so there is upside potential. Only hope that their execution is good and not like Thai Village disasterous expansion into China. On the plus side is that management has demonstrated time and again in the past that they are not afraid of pulling the plug and making u-turns if things do not work out according to plan. ROE and Balance Sheets are excellent and there is always the potential, if the main shareholders want it, of substantially increasing the dividend payments or better still make a one time capital reduction. |

Tomolo we will be getting our 2cents of dividend. however, do not be tempted to sell below 0.60cents. This counter should move upward even after dividend payout as there is very heavy support at 0.60 level and from there, we shall have our base build for upward trend. as you can see with daily chart, the counter will move to 0.60 or abv even after Ex-Dividend. This counter is for collection of quaterly income also 3Q and 4Q of FJ financial should be better as holiday season, means more makan out and with the renovated and new outlets opening for biz, the revenue should be up up up Since i am vested, i would love if any kind soul like to comment on the TA and FA.
