At 5.6 cts, it is good entry price in view that it is delivering  a positive net positive of S$8m in 4Q2012, and it is also booking a profit of $10.8m in selling a small piece of land in Henan in Jan 2013. Revenue / profit from earlier home sales should be booked by 2013 as some of its projects will reach TOP in Jun and Dec 2013.
