That is their tricks..selling those ropes for offshore industry,don't be misled not a coal mining9like GEO Energy) ...the ropes look like those used to hang criminals...see those who get 1-2 lots still lose money at 36.5cts verses ipo 35cts,not enough to pay the brokerage(min $250) |

Will it follow Declout to close at 24.5cts below ipo 25cts .Gaylin at 36.5 will by Mon 29 Oct close below 35 cts as more selling pressure by than all shd know the no of shares they get..imagine if U get 1 lot 36.5cts verse 35cts can't even pay the brokerage(min $25) | ||||

Anyone to share what will be the target price? ================================================================================== Gaylin Holdings, a Singapore-based rigging and lifting solutions provider to the offshore oil and gas industry, aims to raise net proceeds of some S$35.4 million through a listing on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. The group launched its initial public offering (IPO) of 110 million new shares at 35 Singapore cents each on Wednesday. Of these, five million offer shares will be open for public subscription while the remaining 105 million are placement shares. Its offer price of 35 Singapore cents is 8.1 times the group's historical earnings per share of 4.3 Singapore cents for the financial year ended Mar 31, 2012. This is based on its pre-offering share capital of 300 million shares. The IPO will close at 10am on Oct 23 and Gaylin's shares are expected to start trading on Oct 25. |
