Can stag or not on 1st day? hehe Company Background RHT is a Registered Business Trust with an investment mandate to invest principally in medical and healthcare assets and services in Asia, Australasia and emerging markets in the rest of the world. Based on the book building price range of S$0.88 to S$0.97 per unit, the estimated yield for RHT is 8.46% to 9.10% (FY2013) and 8.66% to 9.29% (FY2014) RHT’s initial portfolio comprises 11 clinical establishments held by RHT (“RHT Clinical Establishments”), four clinical establishments to be developed (“Greenfield Clinical Establishments”) and two hospitals managed and operated by RHT (“Operating Hospitals”) located across India, with an aggregate value of INR 32,577 million (S$748.0 million), based on the valuation by the Independent Valuer. The Independent Enterprise Valuer has valued the Initial Portfolio of RHT at between INR33,000 million (S$757.7 million) and INR34,000 million (S$780.7 million). |
