No choice, at > 200K, no one want to take your case. Just have to continue to made lump sum payment. My original loan is $300K, now 180K..so repay $120K in 2yrs is not too bad consider I am jobless..hahaha

take your case, if you loan $160K for 25 years with HDB 2.6% loan, you are paying total interest of S$57,761.36, that's close to 36.1% of your loan after 25 years ... |

Not so bad lah. I am still paying 4%pa. No bank want to refinance because I made lump sum payment till less than 180K and I'm 25yrs loan tenure.
