Ying li mei mei coming ..... huat arr ... DBSV - We reiterate BUY call on Ying Li, with unchanged S$0.52 target price. There is more upside from current valuation at c. 55% discount to RNAV. Ying Li has good execution record for its projects. Catalysts for re-rating include a) potential 12Scts per share revaluation gain on IFC and b) higher sales and rental income from its ongoing projects. As an incumbent and early entrant, Ying Li is well positioned to ride on Chongqing’s economic growth and rising importance as Western China’s gateway city. Chongqing, touted as ‘the next Shanghai’ has been attracting new projects by prominent Asian property developers. |

The new shopping centre is really a class of its own. China's shopping malls in major cities and townships can really make our own centres look like second rated. Good prospects for Chinese Reits and Commercial props companies. Looking to buy YL. Cheers.. |

Last year because of recommendation to buy Ying Li, sway sway go and bought 2 lots of YL at 58 cents. Did not sell, because only 2 lots mah. So lost half of the money invested at today's price. Don't know if it could go back above 50 cents?

Q3 2011 n Q3 2010 revenue is almost the same. but the cost of sale went up 192%. why is that so? all e tax that gov is placing on them? this is ridiculous. like that not selling anything is making money . Staff advances and allowances 9239Q32011) 40(Q3 2010) why increase so much? Our investment properties are revalued and any profit or loss is immediately taken to our statement of financial performance. As a consequence, the cost of such investment property is now at the revalued fair value price. ermm investment property as in their stocks portfolio? that they actually lost paper money n its reflected in their financial report? I dun understand
