x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I agreed. Hairy bookshop is more a failure to me. Close down better, why open hairy to fight agaist own main popular? Nothing to play ah? They got the cash, they just need to do more right business at the right enviroment condition. They should focus more on online education and learning system!

Smart of them to diversify more into property but at this time, not sure about the timing. Think their first at Robin Road also bad timing as they launched the sale right during the 2008 crisis and ended up not making much profit. Whatever was made was lost by their investment in Harris Bookstore.... Have also read that they have secured the name to the defunct Borders in Singapore for $100k.
