i also agreed with you that timing is very important, so the next question is wat price to average??? my take is 1.2 to 1.3 should be very safe...

I do agreed with that. But the property stock will not get drag down by this news for very long. So those who got trap at high value, have to monitor properly n goes in for averaging at correct timing.....

"sell on rebound" this statement may makes those to buy at high price to buy more to average down further more. That may cost ppl more money........if the stock only rebound slightly n goes down more. The best is do yr homework yrself n judge when to buy to average down if u buy too high Up. |

Sell on rebound.... Most indicate are turning down.(CCI, OBV, Accum/Dist etc..) There is no running away from the downtrend. The only positive part is that the selling volume have eased and the next support at 1.61 / 1.62 is very strong... |

I hv cut my losses earlier at 1.8(bought at 2.18 & ave dwn @1.97)now monitoring to enter again.... based on up trendline drawn from nov 2008....lookin to enter 1.2-1.3(if ever will hit)... my 2 cts view only....gd luck everyone.. | ||||
