Yangzijinang on the move -Yangzijiang confirms dual listing talks
Singapore: Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has confirmed it has held talks over a dual listing in Hong Kong or Taiwan. The Singapore-listed Chinese shipbuilder confirmed it had held preliminary talks on the possibility of a dual listing on either Hong Kong Stock Exchange or a listing of Taiwan Depository Receipts on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. “The company has only conducted preliminary talks with these parties and no decision has been made on this matter,” the shipbuilder said. This is a very strange counter. When Cosco moving up from $1.28 to $1.34, this counter just managed to move from $1.20 to $1.23 but closed with $1.21 When Cosco moving up from $1.34 to $1.40, this counter is struggled at $1.23 Suspecting this counter is being controlled, must report to CAD.....
