After the 'Consolidation' (actuallly its a reverse takeover), the co. will be renamed Wilmar. Its main business will be in trading of agricultural commodities (palm oil and soya bean), palm oil refining and biodesel fuel production. The health magazine will be sold back to current controlling shareholder for I think $5mil. That, I think, was why the CEO, Sin KC, divested a substantial portion of her holdings recently.....presumeably to raise funds for this purchase. As at 31 Mar 2006, Wilmar's NAV (based on post consolidation was US13.54cts and eps for 1st Q US0.72cts. |
