Hahaha... As a matter of fact, Lao Tzu and Sun Tze were classic examples of the oppressive and chaotic state of affairs created by a whimsical government. SunTze, a great strategist died a lonely and broken man. Lao Tzu was disgusted with the government that he decided to leave his official post and live a simplistic wandering life and ended up writing the Tao Te Ching while on his westward journey. |

With historical clout like "Sun Tze", "Lao Tzu", etc, etc... behind them, To call them 'whimsical' when they make a change would be too simplistic, I suppose... :) |
