x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	More UOB KayHian Upside On Kim Eng News? -CIMB  Kim Eng remains halted after Maybank (1155.KU) makes a mandatory conditional cash offer of S$3.10/share for the Singapore-based brokerage representing a 14.8% premium to Kim Eng's last traded S$2.70, and values Kim Eng at 1.9X P/B. CIMB expects Kim Eng's shares to gap up when the stock is re-quoted; "based on a general rule of thumb, the price gap against the offer price normally narrows to 1.0%-5.0% at best." The house says "not surprisingly," the news pushed UOB KayHian's (U10.SG) price up, last +8.7% at S$2.00, with UOB (U11.SG) also benefiting, +1.7% at S$19.16. "A key observation is UOB KayHian's stark undervaluation to Kim Eng. Prior to the share price run up today, UOB KayHian was trading at 1.3X P/BV vs Kim Eng's 1.7X. Even after the sharp price increase, UOB-KH is trading at 1.4X. Perhaps there is still room for upside." It adds, at 1.9X P/BV, UOB-KH could potentially trade up to S$2.66. Vested since 1.75, yesterday 1st day hinting more upside. Now market sentiment start to turn bullish, so stockbroking houses should be making lots of money, no doubt the uptrend will continue.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	UOB KH has new look on its website.  But, wondering why use string instrument - guzheng to promote their handphone trading?  They should use instrument like Saxophone that can be carried around cos it is lighter than bulky gu-zheng.  Gu-zheng string could snap easily if not careful and does this mean the end of trading with the company?    LOL.........   Saxophone more suitable to use in stock-market related promotion cos it has holes that players suppose to open/cover while playing.  This is similar to a trade that needs to be opened and covered back while playing/trading.  Also, it is perfect for jazz music... if you like jazz,you know what i mean.

Can avoid such computing clitches by ugrading d entire central processing system n d accessories ie security protection, redundancy, gate way etc. Normally, when system suffering conggestion n slowness, system engr will block d incoming data n allowing d outgoing data backlog to be cleared n background programs resume d normal routine. Later they will open d incoming gate to resume opt. May call TR to assist should such problem occurs, esp when u r at contra transaction process. BTW, how is IE8 serving you, so far?
