Top Global Limited announced that its subsidiary company, Bartley Homes Pte. Ltd. (“BH”) has on 8 August 2012 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with all of the subsidiary proprietors holding 100% of the share values of the strata lots of Bartley Court (the “Vendors”) to acquire their residential units en-bloc (the “Property”) via a private treaty. The aggregate value of the consideration for the Acquisition is S$10,700,000 or S$698.59 per square feet per plot ratio (excluding development charge). The consideration is arrived at after arm’s length negotiations and on a willing buyer and willing seller basis.   (Closing Price: $0.010, -%)   |

one more point to add (5) The old lday chairman of top global  controls one of the biggest conglomerate in indonesia and till now, they still havnt got any project in Indonesia? They also did not came out openly to address their fisherman pier project in shanghai |

1H2011 results out. This company is getting weirder by the day. (1) Why did they classified their contributions to the capitol project and down payment for braddell park as trade receivables?? Its kind of weird because trade receivables would mean that someone has to pay you that amount. However, these contributions they classified as trade receivables has no customer in which who will pay back the amount.    (2) It has been quite a while and they have not hire a new CFO yet to replace the old one. Is the group accountant they showed on their website capable of being the CFO? The COO Chang is the COO and also executive director and also has to do the CFO job until they find one, she has got too much responsibilities. (3)They dispose their real estate investment for 2 million with a gain of only 0.3 mil  while the jeffery and dennis managed to sell 51% of their stake to koon holding for 3 million, this means that the GPS group of companies are worth roughly 6 millions, what is topglobal thinking?? leaving the money on the table? the chairman old lady who is 2nd in command of sinar mas in indonesia left money on the table?? It seems like a big joke that the veteran businesswomen can be backstabbed by those 2 younger chaps in terms of the valuation of GPS. (4) They mentioned that they will seek good investment in other industries, then why give up GPS in the first place? is GPS a bad investment? They mentioned they want to create synergies and cross border selling, where has all these gone to? something is really weird with the CFO gone and no replacement and the money left on the table   my 2 cents worth. |

Seems like it is losing steam again. ... . Lets hope it will give a little push when the next financial report out in August. Need more quality projects to  make  this fellow moves, hope not too long.. ....I am quite positive of this chap.. . Your views please ? | ||||

Latest update: Topglobal bought over the 30% stake in Global Real and sold off all subsidiary companies (the GA group of companies) held by Global Real (including the GPS Alliance) for 2million to Jeffery and Dennis. Subsequently, the share options were terminated and then Koon Holdings bought 51% stake in GA property management (consisting of the GA group of companies) for 3million.   Any sifu can comment on the latest move? Topglobal seems to have left money on the table for the Jeffery and Dennis. |

Fishermen's Pier in Shanghai project had been hold back due to China's recent tightening policies.. According to them this was addressed during the AGM. Anyway I am very hopeful in this counter... it should do well in due time.   |

i see. Any news about their Fishermen's Pier in Shanghai Memorandum. They have not announce anything yet and seems like the memorandum has lapsed? Signed in Nov 2010 and suppose to be lapsed after 6 months? |
