Thakral releases 9-mth, Q3 results(Nov 13, 2007)Revenue increases 12% for nine months year-on-year.In the recent balance sheet it shows that tcl has 71 mil for "Available-for-sale investments".. Does that mean this company has 71m for investments???? |

Why are Kwek Leng Beng(interest in Aussie properties), Babcock & Brown(interest in Aussie properties) & according to rumour..Oei Hong Leong(interest in Aussie properties) investing/or looking into this stock.. Cant be because its a dead counter.... |

my banker asked me one very good question the other day..why would Kwek Leng Beng..head of hong leong group with his vast number of companies, put his son..on his actual first big gig, to head Thakral.. "Sherman Kwek, 30, scion of Kwek Leng Beng, head of the Hong Leong Group, is now Thakral chief operating officer." there is something there.. please answer.. |

Base on fundamental, it seems better to watch and see. BUT rumours is that THAKRAL is finalizing their close-door deal on the take over by white knight. Last time heard of the White Knight was HLGroup; but recent rumours that Tycoon Oei H L taking over instead due to thakral properties in Aurstralia |

the latest annual report on this report revealed that its profit is comparable lower than previous year. i've holding this counter for 3 yrs before when it sunks to deep bottom @ 0.085 cts before suddenly revive at the recent surge to 0.175cts  bb plays this counter for a particular reason?? i could not think of a reason how this counter deals with consumer products distribution can be profitable at this moment? |

Yeahh... It rose from 0.105 to -.175 in 6 days (rising 70%) in the last 6 trading days, but pullback only 0.015 on such a bad day as this when the STI fell more than 100pts earlier on this afternoon. |
