Attached is the bollinger band generated and the meaning of bollinger band in theory.... Bollinger Band is A band plotted two standard deviations away from a simple moving average. Because standard deviation is a measure of volatility, Bollinger bands adjust themselves to the market conditions. When the markets become more volatile, the bands widen (move further away from the average), and during less volatile periods, the bands contract (move closer to the average). The tightening of the bands is often used by technical traders as an early indication that the volatility is about to increase sharply. This is one of the most popular technical analysis techniques. The closer the prices move to the upper band, the more overbought the market, and the closer the prices move to the lower band, the more oversold the market. |

0725 GMT (Dow Jones) Sunpower Group (5GD.SG) may snap largely unbroken slide since record peak of S$0.56 set earlier this month, as investors brush aside expected lower 1H results to focus on FY08 outlook. Stock +4% at S$0.385 after China-based maker of energy-saving products says latest win of CNY37 million contract to produce special material pressure vessels for chemical giant Shanghai BASF will boost FY08 results; vessels due for delivery in 1H08. Shanghai BASF is JV between German chemical group BASF, China's Sinopec. Stock hit 4-month low of S$0.355 last week after firm said it expects lower 1H earnings on-year due to lower profit margin, higher operating costs, increased financing costs; results due Aug. 13. Bollinger bands, daily RSI show stock oversold, suggesting rebound may be near, though volume yet to pick up. Resistance for now at S$0.40, where offers most substantial. (FKH) |

This stock looks very cheap looking at FY08 valuation. If you notice, the stock is able to clinch contracts from big china oil firms and soon more to come from middle east. Strong buy at this depressed price. Dun forget weeks ago it is trading near 55c | |||||||||

A big drop that came out of the blue, maybe taking advantage of fear when the dow is down 226 points and played us like fools. Then announce that they have secured a contract with China Railway worth RMB51.84million. Lets see the outcome today. |
