Just repost to this thread which may more convenient for reference or further comment : Jackjames, you are right, the correction may reach 2862 (approx 2850). As SJ's STI chart is spoilt by the erroneous data on 28 Feb 2007, I have to use Yahoo Charts which not so flexible, so my reading will be approx. The past 3 corrections for this bull always reach 200MA before it rebounds. The present 200MA is approx 2700, by 1 to 2 months time it will reach about 2850. |

hmmm what i guess is that DOW dip is more or less limited to 12000 which it will have bottomed. current DOW is oversold and the economy is not slowing as bad as expected thus fundementally it is still healthy... the correction is long overdue but than there will be a limit to how much it will dip.. 150 sma should be a good support... as for STI. we should just watch DOW rather than STI.. |

Human factor... I guess some xxx will intentionly make STI fall below 3000 to create fear so that they can collect cheap cheap cheap........so, it will not stay below 3000 very long.... |
