x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Both M1 and Starhub are good options. But take note that Starhub has very high CAPEX and so the dividend they are promising (5cents per quarter) is unsustainable. Starhub may have to take up debt if they wish to continue giving this amount. M1 has very low debt level and is expected to distribute special dividends through capital management exercise within next few months (DBS Vickers predicts it to be 18-21cents per share).. Biggest beneficiary for NGNBN and launching home voice + mobile TV.
