x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Based on the announcement, the management of Saizen may significantly reduce the dividends distribution or even suspend payout of dividends until their refinancing for the whole year of 2009 is settled. Furthermore, rights issues that are going to be issued will dilute the returns for shareholders. One really need to think carefully before buying Saizen's stocks especially if going long-term. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I read that a lot of the Japanese Reits are currently under water, i.e. trading below its NAV and IPO price especially those smaller ones with capitalisation of 800m or less. It's undergoing consolidation and M&A right now. As such, I think this counter will take times before it will move.

Having said that, the time may not be at our side...
