Hey guys, is Roxy a good buy? Not liquid. Very low volume. Hardly moving. Fundamentals look good. Only worry is high debt leverage.

The most prized asset is of cors : Roxy Hotel They can sell it (to residential developer or to another hotel group) - get loads of cash. They can hold it - develop it to whatever future market demands hold |
