1. think management said about 80% of profits to pay as dividends ? 2. possible M& A (may switch from residential to mid-range class HOTELS business) 3. Roxy Property in Marine Parade worth hundreds of millions. 4. Acquired lands at low costs many years ago. |

1. Fragrance tycoon Koh 's wife bought quite a lot at $0.565 2. after that Roxy CEO ? bought some at $0.59 - $0.595 3. Low volumes can already drive up the price , if volumes increase price UP will be enormous |
