All set to go in tmr..... DBS. $18.00 is an important support level. At that level, the stock would
have retraced 62% of the rally from its 2005 low to its 2007 high of $25.00.
Weekly technical indicators like MACD are already at oversold level, while
RSI is approaching the oversold level. Support at $18.00 is very likely to hold
and the stock could rebound towards last week?s high of $20.00

Looking at DOW initial outburst upward for 170 points gain and subsequent wipe out and closing lost of 59 points clearly indicate whether Friday's rebound is sustainable... |

The following stocks have rebounded from their yesterday's lows :- (1)C&G Ind (Closed 35.5c; yesterday's low 32.5c); (2)Celestial (67.5c; 61c); (3)ChinaAElec (36.5; 33.5); (4)ChinaHongc (28; 26) & (5)China Sun (41.5; 35.5). CHT, of which not a single lot was traded yesterday, hit a recent low of 31.5c; last done price was 36c. I believe most, if not all, stock markets worldwide have been on a downtrend for at least 2.5 months now and some investors have been advised to stay out of the market at least for the first quarter of 2008. All comments are welcome. |
