For me, I think I will hold and sold to Dubai, One of my friend mention, refer to pan utd marine case at this year also. You will receive letter within one month and send it back and will received money within 10 days.

and some more when you sell to Dubai , you not need to pay agent fee for selliing.

If we will to buy in a few 100 lots Labroy at $2.79 and sell to Dubai Drydocks at $2.8425..take over likely to succeed as the 2 directors who jointly own 65.5cts are accepting the offer..say per share (2.8425-2.79) ie about $32.50 net gains after deducting ab $30 comissions/brokerage..any risk involved? plse feel free to comment or criticise..each lot can make about $32.50 assuming 99.9% takeover went through baring unforseen circumstances

Personal experience many years ago I also went on same basis when Oei Hong leong launcehd takeover for keppel bank at $3.38 and I bought a lot at $3.30 for ab 8cts gain for each lot
