If you have bought 15 lots separately in total and are selling 15 lots, then those lots that are not due ( T+3 or less) are automatically contra'd while those that are settled (paid) are treated as in a normal sale. If all 15 lots are not due, then all will be contra'd, unless you tell your broker fot any reason not to contra. In the latter case, they will assume you want to pay and thus won't do any contra. They will accept your payment and then pay you the proceeds of the sale. |

Usually contra is within T + 3, so even if you combine lots from before with recent buy within T + 3, contra only applies to recent buy, so there will be 2 sets of statement...one for contra, and one for those already in CDP a/c. H/r, do confirm with your remisier. |

Just sell the 15 lots. If you just want to ensure, call them after you q to give them the instruction. It will still be treated as online trading. |

I think system will just treat it as you have 15 lots in total - don't need to sell seperately. |

hi all lets say i am already holding 10lots of abc stock, and bought another 5 lots last fri. Now i wan to sell all 15lots. can i jus click contra sell for all 15?? or do i sell separately, 10 then 5 (contra)?? i am using POEMS. pls advise! thanks alot! |
