just fyi, this is by chip eng seng, so it is a good news for those who hold the stock (too bad, i don't have). i actually gave a blank cheque to the agent weeks ago, thinking to "flip", but now change my mind with the current market sentiment. |

anyone make $ on the property? i heard The Parc (along AYE, near clemnti ), all the 9 penthouse were sanpped up during the vip launch this morning, wow!!! |
