there are so much hot money floating in the china market. whether it is from right source or not who cares as long as it is hard dollar. so is this a place also for laundry hence, whatever policies, the cash is there, so they buy , they make money officially |

Now at almost 1200 hrs market don't have the vrooom vrooom kind of strength. Looks like investors are just testing the waters with the big toes. |

On a macro level, i believe the yuan has been rising against US$ and thud will erode its competitiveness against other Manufacturing companies. Secondly, this is done to cool off the property market. it remains to be seen if it will be sucessful as demand feeds on foreign funds pouring into China like bees to honey. |

Probably it wont matter much as market has already factor interest rate hike during the last correction. There mayb a knee jerk reaction but go forward it shld b alrite. Fundemental of busineses is stil intact. Bull all the way |
