hi timezone, i use dbsvonline. They only track ur holding until the payment settlement. If you want to monitor, you have to tick the stocks in the settlement column to add it to the custom portfolio. But like what rogue trader and tanglin boy said, CDP is the safest way to check your account. |

I have 2 accounts with POEMS with different reminsers. I bought some shares from 1 account and sold it thru the other account. Yet the same account that I bought that particular shares still reflect the same amount of shares in the monthly statements despite being sold off liao. So best and safest way is to check CDP account. |

Same thing with Poems... I encountered that Poems Account Management feature not accurate at all. Even the stock broker told me its better to double check with CDP account. |

anyone here using dbsvonline? I'm new to stocks trading. I have bought some shares and have settled the payment. However, I noticed that my holdings in the dbsvonline account did not reflect the shares I bought. (It was reflected before I settled payment) Also, my buy limits have been restored. Is this an error or is this normal? Is it because once the stocks are bought, they are deposited to my CDP account and hence not shown? |
