With a small economy, small land area, small population and no natural resources, our prospects will always be externally driven and dependant on others. There will always be this siege mentality. I don't think that this will be just a one-time doze of bitter pill or medicine. The same sales pitch has been repeated many times before, be it during good or bad time. My view is we will have to continue to take more dozes of medicines in the days ahead. |
