is time for them to think further how to improve the system. Otherwise even with freebies, it doesn't help when you need most but it fails so timely. |

perhaps open another account with other broker firm ? So that when one is down, you still can trade with another firm.... Also, you will be able to read research reports etc from both firms. |

that's where the panic comes in... best is to live next to the broker's premises... so you can dash there if necessary... coz usually the phone lines are jammed during any server outage. :) |
