If thats the case, then I guess it would be logical to expect the price of the smaller company to go up. |

What if that business unit of A company is far more bigger in volume and profitable than that of B company ? |

I think its hard to generalise like this. It really depends on whether the market thinks that the deal is a win-win, win-lose or lose-lose situation. |

Can members here help to advise me on the following questions: Thanks Scenario : If one business unit a of listed company (say A company) merge with one business unit of another listed comany (say B company) 1) Will share price of A company goes up or down ? 2) Will share price of B company goes up or down ? |
