I did not apply for this IPO. Thanks to teeth53 and Nostramadus as I took the cue from them. If it is very good, then the grey market should fetch much higher price.... |

At least it went back to it ipo offer price of $0.35 on vol of 26.8 mil share traded and it give a 2nd chance for those who have not get or lucky at the atm machine, 2moro may be the day to make some kopi $$$ liao for those brave one who bot at lower px today believe DOW 2nite is all green and sti also green, Pan hong can oso go green but but can cover $25/- and/or $40/- commission or not, i really don know. |

Grey mean not sure clear, ipo at $0.35cts. It mean U need to buy up at least by another 2cts to 4cts, your px will have to hang at $0.37cts to $0.39 cts for every lot u have to pay to ur fren or d seller who sell it to u at that kind of px provided condition that If U think px will shoot pass $0.40 cts |

Pan Hong Property Group said it has launched an initial public offering here of 125m shares at $0.35 each. The offer consists of 120m new shares and 5m vendor shares, representing some 26% of the group's enlarged share capital, it said. Pan Hong is offering 5m shares to retail investors and 120 mln shares by way of placement. The public offer, led by CIMB-GK, opens Sep 12 and will close on Sep 18. Trading of the shares will begin on Sep 20. The mainboard aspirant said it intends to use $22.9m of the expected total net proceeds of $38.2m to buy land reserves and the balance as working capital. "Our listing will serve as a good platform to implement our expansion and growth plans," Pan Hong executive chairman Wong Lam Ping said in a statement. The group posted net profit last year of RMB58.5m on the back of RMB288m in revenue, and recorded an increase in gross profit margin to 32.4% from 13.4% yoy. Wong said Pan Hong will continue to target the middle to upper-middle level residential property development market, look into the commercial property market, and seek new land reserves to expand its existing land bank of 457,635 sq. metres. |
