CS Starts Wilmar At Outperform; S$1.50 Target
1545 [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Credit Suisse starts coverage of Wilmar (F34.SG) at Outperform with S$1.50 target price. Says stock attractive at FY07, FY08 P/E of 9.7X, 8.1X; 3-year EPS CAGR of 45% "significantly stronger" than peers. Expects palm, lauric arms to have 18% CAGR from FY05-FY08 due to capacity growth, rising margins. Adds most exciting growth prospects come from new ventures into biodiesel, "which is currently the hot sector to be"; company most aggressive in Asia as it will have over 1 million tonnes of biodiesel capacity in Indonesia by end-2007. Stock +7.8% at S$1.11. (FKH) |

Wilmar is now riding high on commodities prices and oso builting 3 more plants for their own production, as price is alway trading in it forward position and well in advance by weeks and months so just been careful i think can help. I was just wondering how it is going to hit it tp price of $1.52 cents when commodities is sliding downward. hard time to achive, that what i'm thinking at this moment. |

Singapore Land can be consider also.It is one of the biggest landlord in prime office building.Office rental going up for the next few years due to shortage of supply.Floating shares are about 27% in the market and held mostly by value investors.Currently the stock is uptrending. |

i would say.. do the opposite.. look at oil counters going down.. good techs.. and good blue chips.. buy when they are cheap.. dun chase when they are high. for oil.. i think middle east will once again erupt into war.. just a matter of time. |
