In end 2004 , HYFLUX was trading at around current price of $1.1x but by 2005 , it soared to high of $3.90 !!!!!! So a decade on , coming to 2014 , will Hyflux create another high ? Akang Datang ..... |

just imagine HYLFUX just 3 years ago in 2010 was trading $3.60 Before that was another peak in 2008 at $3.60 Before that was another peak in 2005 at about $3.90 It is a steal now ..... |

the volume traded on friday was the highest snce about Feb this year . About 3 - 4 times the avg traded vol The chart of HYFLUX now looks exactly like in 28 Dec 2012 to 1st week Jan 2013 ... when share price was around $1.28 , where it went up until $1.46 |

Confirmed....will jeep in this Hyflux come Monday if it has not gap up. Great time to vest as the price has just made a nice upwards movement, lots of potential that its the signal for the start in the annual Xmas and CNY races :)

As per HYFLUX's latest statement , they are hot on their heels to pursue these multi billions projects : Apart from tendering for water infrastructure projects in our key markets, the Group is actively pursuing desalination and water recycling opportunities in the industrial water sector. Such industrial projects typically have shorter project time frame. During the last quarter, the Group will also focus on tendering for various large projects

This year Middle East countries are going big into water investment : The Middle East?s energy sector is experiencing a surge in its water and renewable energy investment with nearly 100 projects, worth US$32.7 billion, initiated this year, a market research report revealed on Tuesday. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, witnessing the biggest public spending rise in years, are set to benefit the most from new and upgrading of existing water and power projects. Several regional governments are ramping up efforts to invest more in natural resources capacity as population in the Middle East is expected to grow by 31% by 2025, reaching 500 million, putting a significant strain on dwindling water resources. The problem is not with low water supply. The real problem is not enough money supply. Many governments unwilling to invest in water technology. Especially those in Middle East and Africa, they rather spend money on buying war equipment. The amount of blood spilled every year is more than clean water consumption. =.= Every one of them wants to be leader. Not sure who else is still left for them to lead when the war is finally over.

not enough supply leh !!! Go find out under UN or some other websites for water related scarcity ... Only 2.5% of earth's water is fresh water . And 70% of this 2.5% fresh water are locked up in glacier , icy mountians , Artic and Antartic ice regions . only 0.3% of fresh water is available in lakes and rivers . Water scarcity already affects almost every continent and more than 40 percent of the people on our planet. By 2025, 1.8 billion people will be living in countries or regions with absolute water scarcity, and two-thirds of the world?s population could be living under water stressed conditions |
