Both 'sims' are going to the gutter. <So which one will reverse first. OSIM or CREATIVE? *wink* > Either way, it will be a slow and painful death. They should consider putting a sound card on the igallop to save their skin. Is there no end in sight? |

Osim is on a steady downtrend. Acc/Dist and Chaikin are really weak looking. |

Last year, I have the opportunity to visit Brookstone stores in US. It was shocking! No clear distinctive product at all (expect OSim chair), just like any other retail shop. Why pay almost half billion U$ for this? Why not just place OSIM product at Mercy's or JC Penny? When I was there, crowd was very thin! one customer was trying out the foot massage mechine with the shoes on! I sold all my shares when I got back. I like the company, I admire Mr Sim, I also treasured my hard- earned money... sorry Ron |

Precisely. The analyst came out the conclusion after having studied the past financial statements (do not just rely upon this to reach the analysis), having visit and spoken to the top management, and having studied its potential businesses in the pipelines. No one can predict earnings but if you combine all factors, charting, MACD, Candles, MV, and many etc. And if you do not rely upon just punting to earn money, I believe you are safe. |

We must be looking at different financial statements. Trading at 8.7 times 2008 earnings ? What earnings ? Where do you see earnings ? Can anyone predict earnings ? Even Ron Sim cannot predict Osim's earnings. However, the shareprice of the counter may go up as they are a big house. For a punt yes. |

26-07-2007 07:42:00 RESEARCH ALERT-Goldman Sachs starts Osim at "buy" SINGAPORE, July 26 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs has started coverage of Osim International "The share price correction provides an opportunity to buy into a world-class consumer brand company with an improving earnings outlook," Patrick Tiah, a Goldman analyst said in a client's note on Thursday. Tiah said that shares in Osim are trading at 8.7 times their forecast 2008 earnings, and that the firm's disappointing quarterly earnings was a temporary setback.
