The merger (not hearsay, pse) was approved by both the companies. Pse log on to SGX website for Neratel's announcement dated 25 October for the details. |

Confidence stems from the merger, which shd bode well for the merged entity.. Neratel is "debt-free" and has been paying an attractive dividend for the past three years. Juz my opinion - pse make your own decision after reading its latest report on 25 October 2006 |

Moving north with decent volume. Announcement of the approved merger soon is the catalyst? After all the directors have already approved it - the synergy is good for the merged entity. |

Don't forget to jump on the bandwagon today!. Ex will be on THIS Friday 3 November, tantalising $150 dividend per 1000 shares payable on Mon 13 November . High volume today , holding well past few days - think about it. All bought , hoping to lose? |

It shd be a further cash payment upon conversion to Eltek shares, according to its announcement on 25 Oct (available on SGX website). The cash payment is over and above the $150 (net of tax) dividend payment payable on 13 November 2006 |

Directors approve merger. Annoucement soon. There will be a cash payment and a conversion to Eltek share. Shd augur well for this share. Value investors - catch it b4 it shoots up to sky like a "rocket". . |
