Many thanks for the observation. It may attract growth or value investors, NOT traders or short term investors. After checking with past records, my conclusion is that there is no liquidity in the stock (low trading volumes) as those who had bought it at peak prices from $1 to more than $4 each are still holding onto them. Fortunately, it has been paying an attractive dividend. yearly. As there is no new income driver for Neratel, (instead it has to compete with new competitors) it is unlikely to rally above $1 anytime soon, and will never be able to rally above $4. S/L may be painful, but holding onto it for years, hoping it will rally upwards to its erstwhile highs is a DREAM . How are funds or syndicates to ramp Neratel up if they are unable to buy significant volumes of it at low prices? |

Neratel is a relatively low volume counter. It might be uptrending but its low volume doesn't make it a good TA buy. |

Sorry for not including a title in my latest posting. It should have been "Neratel seems to be uptrending". |
