I 'll heavily load up BanJoo if only it still was holding even further loaded up Textile related industry especially towards CHINA JISHAN in BanJoo's investment portfolio holding! Or else I 'll consider Sgd. 0.08 to Sgd. 0.095 is a fair market value for BanJoo.

It would be in a great mistake to let go instead of add loading the textile and related industry as a core investment stake as these industries commencing its fast recovery stage growth at present, especially all those related industries mentioned above are located and operated in PRC, Indonesia, and India.

Yes, managment has been changed to the better. No longer the old textile management. It's Mr Hardy who pull in all the strings to move this stock from ard $0.02 to $0.095 and will move up further with the cable business. | ||||

It seems like a change in management.... Ban Joo In $376.15m Reverse Take-Over Deal Loss-making textile company, Ban Joo, has become the subject of a $376.15m reverse takeover that will transform it into an undersea fibre-optic cable player controlled by Indonesian interests. The company will be buying Telemedia Pacific Inc and Telemedia Pacific Incorporation from Telemedia Pacific Group via the issue of 3.58b new shares to Telemedia at $0.105 apiece. The deal represents a discount of some 25% off the valuation of the targeted business of between $502m and $564m. Together with his associated parties, Indonesian businessman Hady Hartonto, who controls Telemedia, will hold 71.16% interest in the total shares of Ban Joo following the takeover. Any target price set for this counter?? |

Most likely is related to the acquisition of Telemedia. This acquisition should be easily completed as the acquisition will be satisfied ENTIRELY by the allotment and issue of new ordinary shares at the issue price of $0.105. Will shoot up.. |
