LMA International NV posts 17% rise in net income to $3.95m



 


Mainboard-listed LMA International NV, the manufacturer of laryngeal mask airway range of supraglottic airway management devices, says it posted a 17% in net income to US$3.2 million ($3.95 million) in the first three months of the financial year ended 2011 (1Q2011) from US$2.8 million in 1Q2010.

Group net sales grew 11% to a record US$29.6 million in 1Q2011 from US$26.7 million in 1Q2010 on the back of increased sales of its anaesthesia products and sales contribution from the newly acquired Wolfe Tory Medical, Inc (WTM).

The group maintained a positive operating cash flow of US$1.1 million.
