x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	CitySpring will take a long long time b4 it could realise profit (P&L A/C) due to its nature of businesses (Infrastructure Trust). It doesn't grow its businesses organically. It has to acquire internationally and manage the growth. Therefore, the capitals outlay and interest payments are huge and of course, the Management Fee! As an Investor, most importantly (for Trusts) is the dividend yields. As such, it only apt to look at the nett cash earned and the distribution amount as per quaterly. The more the distributable amount, the better will be the appreciation of the share px. Definitely a long long position play! Cheers!
