Has this transition been satisfactorily completed?  Company’s response As the Group has ceased all business activities since the first quarter ended 31March 2010, a short transition period was adequate, and the transition has been substantially completed. Mr Liu is currently assisting to tidy up the present set up,including winding up and de-registering the Company’s subsidiary in China, Shenzhen KXD Multimedia Co., Ltd., so that the new Board and management team could start with a clean state.
