This counter sleeping. But look at its foundamental, it is rather good counter and suitable for people without the storng heart pumper... Their venture not only focus in S'pore, but Malaysia, China, etc. May branch to Middles East! Should pay some attention to this counter! |

Nature of this counter has very low volume so have to buy according to the average trade size otherwise hard to liquidate if needed. This is the best and insightful advise I have come across .... peifu, peifu.... |

Short-lived. :p Look like its unsustainable. Looking for a support now. Will look to reset trade at sub 0.70 for now since this stock has limited trading history. Nature of this counter has very low volume so have to buy according to the average trade size otherwise hard to liquidate if needed. |

whoever can pick the correct entry price on any share can make millions and they wont have time to read Sharejunction postings  i think u should consider buying the day when previous day closing price is higher than previous day opening price which means noone willing to sell any more. i think this counter will have strong support at 65 cents . if next week it doesnt drop below 80 cents, it means that is new support price . otherwise since its a new stock and no results announcement yet, very hard to predict what is fair value. |

KSH is down 0.01 today at 0.845, reaching my entry target of 0.820 to 0.83 soon , I shall wait patiently, should be able to buy this stock cheaper by next week, maybe can be below 0.80 too. Due to the Labour Day, 1st May 2007, holiday next week, it will be a shorten market days week. Better take profit and come back later. Any one can suggest the entry price for KSH? Thank you. |

Mirage, Totally agree with you. Don't chase after the crowd. Pay attentiton on some undervalue yet and profitable counters. I personally like Thai Bev, Telechioce, etc |

Hi trymyluck, Thank you for your views, I also think 0.94 is on the high side, I will pick up KSH only if it comes down to 0.82 or 0.83. Be patience and wait. Hi chaihock, Try looking at other laggard stocks that had not more up yet. 0.94 for KSH is too high, suggest you invest CPF monies in blue chips, or high dividend yield stocks. But now blue chips like DBS, Keppel Corp, SIA, City Dev are too high price. So be patience and wait, if you got the monies, the market is always there for you. Invest in mid cap stocks like SPC, Semb Corp, F & N, Singtel, Allgreen, etc. Just my opinion only. |

im no FA / TA guru , but i think the price wont break 94 cents unless some upcoming news from the company. Might be better to wait till it comes back to 80 - 85 cents to buy again.Long term potential till Property prices keep going up. i think it went up because of general play on construction stocks due to resolve of sand /granite issue with Indonesia. pls note that this stock has very limited Float of 88 million so thats why ull see sudden movement in price . vested. |

anyone looking at construction stocks and overlooked this stock, time to wake up . if Ho Bee is the high-flier in the property sector, KSH is the construction builder whom Ho Bee depends on to build the villas in Sentosa Cove. |

some details of KSH which might be interesting for FA oriented stock pickers and anyone wanting to ride the construction boom. NTA of stock is around 48 cents, current price 68 cents , very low float of 88 million shares. order book of 233 million already filled till 2009. Net profit projection for 2007 should be atleast SGD 6 million. among the few A rated construction company's rated by BCA. most of the Sentosa cove constructions done by KSH. also it is using IPO proceeds to invest in equipment for structurual steel hence the Sand / granite ban might not impact it as much as other players. malaysia construction activity bound to pick up as per article in Business Times front page 22/3/07 . good luck to all vested including myself |
