Jaya Holdings is an undervalued play on current positive environment for offshore sector, JPMorgan says in report. "Its business model of shipbuilding and offshore support vessel chartering complement each other effectively, providing stable income stream and the opportunity for tax-exempt capital gains from subsequent vessels disposal." Says share undervalued at 7.5X FY09E, 6.0X FY10E P/E. Adds FY08-09E yield attractive at 8.7%, 10.8%, based on 65% payout, with FY09-10E earnings growth of 16%, 25%. "In our view, Jaya's undervaluation alongside the sustainable mutli-year up-cycle makes it a prime acquisition target." Keeps at Overweight with $2.20 target price. |
