Trading company Intraco has tied up with crane company Tat Hong Holdings and a Myanmar businessman in a joint venture in Singapore that will provide rental of cranes and the distribution of cranes and excavators in Myanmar. Intraco entered into a non-binding heads of agreement with Tat Hong and Mr Aung Moe Kyaw on Thursday to establish the company. The venture will have an initial paid-up capital of US$3 million. Intraco and Tat Hong will each own a 40-per cent stake, with Mr Aung holding the remaining 20 per cent. The JV will hold the licence with various principals to carry out the distribution of cranes and excavators in Myanmar, and will also incoporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in the country to provide crane rental services. After Intraco had made a new high at 70 cents in Jun2012 , it went into forming an inverted head and shoulder pattern . It came down after hitting 70 cents with a shooting star , it reached a low at 51.5 cents which formed the head of the H& S pattern . It went up from here n touched its neckline on 08/08/2012 . at 68 cents . After testing 69 cents for a few days , it came down today to form its right sholder at 62.5 cents . Intraco is now in its upward continuation pattern , if it could break the H& S pattern with big volume , then the next TP would be higher .

The strong resistance at 66 cts is not easy to clear , but if the volume to increase in these few days , it would beat this obstacle n go up to next stop at 70 cts .

After the strong closing on 17 Jul 2012 , Intraco had made a key reversal . From there it did not go lower than 51.5 cents . RSI came down to neutral n corrected itself from over bought position . +DI has come down from the peak of 84 to the low of 34 yesterday . DIs are still positively placed while ADX is at 28 n starting to rise . Intraco now is going to fill the gap at 61 cents n may go further up to the strong resistance at 66 cents .

After it could not clear the resistance at 66 cents , Intraco has pulled back recently for a correction . It has to retreat 33% from the peak of 70 cents n may to pull back to 52 cents or lower . Furthermore there is a gap at 49 cents not filled , therefore this level may provide strong support .

66 cents remains as a very strong resistance , forming a gravestone doji , Intraco came down very fast to touch the bottom at ard 55 cents which was tested many times . Uptrend is still intact n may go into consolidation at present .

now ohl confirmed selling, stock price drop? to how much? last mth when news say his purchase, price shoot up from 58 to 70.5 cts, yesterday closed at 62 cts, so go back to 58 cts? but tat hong bought at around 62 cts, right? according to bt,Tony Chew who is executive chairman of Asia Resource Corporation and chairman of the Singapore Business Federation bought from ohl. good for the stock? |
