NRA recommends giving this IPO a miss or at best a stag due to small float, competitiveness in local food retail business and limited opportunities for expansion. Valuation is unattractive at 3.9x price-to-book. The shares are valued at 11.2x FY05 PER and 10.6x FY06 estimated PER. Unattractive compared to Apex-Pal (9.8x) and Food Junction (11.8x). |
