i estimate hiap seng 2010 EPS to be 9 cts. PEC which is in the same industry and had a terrific run is currently trading at 8X PE. So i reckon hiap seng can go up to 70cts. It may turn out to be another PEC. |

hiap seng is an undiscovered gem. in the oil petrochemical plant and maintenance industry. similar to PEC. look at PEC price, how it soared. i reckon hiap seng can go up to 70cts. co is profitable its earnings shot up by 161% in 1QFY10. |
